The importance of good communication

Poor communication in the workplace will inevitably lead to unmotivated staff that may begin to question their own confidence in their abilities and inevitably in the organisation. Humans, by nature, are social beings. So, it is a normal and positive situation to be friends with your colleagues. As a result, we spend the vast majority of our time with them in our workplace and if need be, we see them even more than our family. But when we are working, it is of great benefit to put aside our close relationship with our colleagues.
